Communities cannot be resilient if the nonprofits serving them are fragile.

Every day, nonprofit leaders quietly tackle society's toughest challenges. They inspire volunteers, strengthen communities, advocate for change and improve lives. But lasting impact requires more than passion and perseverance.

What if the answer isn't working harder?

What if it's building an organization intentionally designed to create momentum?

Drawing on more than 30 years of experience working alongside nonprofit leaders, The Nonprofit Flywheel introduces a proven framework for building resilient, adaptable organizations that thrive through change.

Rather than focusing on one piece of the puzzle, the Flywheel framework show how six interconnected drivers — impact, brand, revenue, operations, culture and governance — work together to build sustainable organizational momentum.

Great missions deserve great organizations. Long-term change happens when every part of an organization is intentionally aligned to build momentum for impact.

More than a book, The Nonprofit Flywheel is a practical playbook filled with reflection questions, downloadable tools, QR codes, real-world examples and companion resources designed to help you turn ideas into action.
